Unlimited cash monayyy

1. If I had unlimited money and resources first of all I would pay off the 14 trillion dollar US debt so that money can be spent on important things. It would benefit everyone. I would also start a heart hospital that would be completely free. It would offer free surgeries and check ups for the heart and everything relating to the heart. I would also start 1000 hospitals across the country in order to provide free healthcare to everyone. I would pay all of the doctors extremely well and it would inspire people to go to college. I would then pay 3/4 of everyone's college tuition so that they would have to come up with the rest in order to have had to work hard fr at least a little bit of it. People over 50 would get totally free college. I would put 10 wall fence across the entire Texas-Mexico border to stop illegal immigration. There would be sensors across all of the fence so that a single person cannot get by. I would buy out all electronics companies and make video games more expensive so that kids play less until they get older when they have good paying jobs (preferably at my hospital). I would donate 100 billion dollars to mission work in third world countries and fix the problem of world hunger.

-For myself I wouldnt want anything besides that satisfaction I gt from making the world a better place and oh yeah and an rx8/s2000/f40/veyron

2. I can write my senators and take action by volunteering. All it take is one snow flake to start an avalanche (I think).

Phrase of awesomeness.

Hypertension...its coming for you.

Hypertension...its lurking in the shadows, ready to pounce.

Those are two hooks that I think will get the viewer asking "How will it get me?" "How do I prevent hypertension from getting me?" I think that it gets the point across that Hypertension is something that will attack you suddenly and is creeping up as you age and make bad choices. I think it is fast and simple on its own.

Website List

5 Worst Website Designs:

  1. http://www.buymarijuanaforsale.com/ -the most disgusting background color ever...its a site for marijuana so im guessing they were high when they designed this because it looks like they were going for green
  2. 1chapterfree.com-lot of colors, lot of text, blahh
  3. Trackweb.com- a star trek fan club website with a lot going on.
  4. http://english11poets.pbworks.com/w/page/19005450/Tupac%20Shakur - this website features a nasty background color and lines through all text...classic
  5.  http://lib.jrshelby.com/ - no color..just really basic design with a huge amount of text
    5 Worst Website Designs:
    1. Milestone Electric (Dallas)- Easy to use, primary colors pop.
    2. Youtube- The contrast is good and everything is easy to find. The menu's and categorization is precise.
    3. Google- There isnt a more easy website to understand and use then google.
    4. NFL.com- everything is right in front of you. There are a few colors throughout the entire page. All the information you need is categorized appropriately and everything is concise.
    5. Best Buy- website is simple and main links are huge. Background is very white but it works well to contrast everything else.

    SOPA/PIPA Abomination

SOPA and PIPA will end the internet as we know it. It will turn into a place where only the big whigs will be able to produce good content. They will take out the little guy just because the little guy uses a little copyrighted music or pictures. Obviously piracy is a problem but attacking everyone that is indirectly associated with it is not the answer. Whole websites and companies could be taken down and sued just because of material on their website. If this law was passed ten years ago would we have things like wikipedia, facebook, and google as we know it? Passing this bill would put an ultimate stop to creativity, the big whigs have become selfish in an over dramatic way. The "older generation" that sits in government doesnt understand what is going on and to an unbiased onlooker on this situation..the bill sounds like a good idea. In reality however, SOPA and PIPA will make the rich richer, it will make average joe into the unmotivated and unenthused joe, it will make the internet a baron war zone, and it will slowly take away the rights that we have as Americans.

    Website/Poster pazzaz

Since my project topic is Hypertension, my general colors will be dark  with contrasting colors such as bright blue and red. I want it to stand out but be serious at the same time. The website will be centered around getting healthy rather than being a factual website. I want it to be fun and interesting and not boring. Most websites about diseases say "do this" or "don't do that." I want my site to give an emotion of motivation and hope. My videos will reflect this by being for narrative than documentary like. I want the viewer to be engaged in my videos and feel like they are empowered. My poster and set up for the presentation will have an underlying matching color with contrasting lettering and font sizes.

    Obamacare=sounds good?

Since my capstone essay is over Hypertension and healthcare, I took the opportunity to look into Obama's health care plan and was surprised about what I saw. Obviously I did not get the full picture on the policy but from what I can tell, it sounds pretty good. I understand that taxes would go up but the pro's seem to outweigh the cons. It seems like it is a fight between money vs. health. It gives healthcare to everyone and takes off all the bad things about healthcare at the moments such as pre-existing conditions. As a future cardiologist, I wish to see everyone get the help that they need and sometimes the only way to help someone is to force them into the position of finding out they have a problems before it is too late.
The thing that really stood out to me was that the bill will give a temporary two year credit of up to 1 billion dollars towards developing new therapies for the prevention of diseases. The aspect of the bill is absolutely perfect in regards to my capstone project. All of this however seems that it would come at a huge cost so we will just have to wait and see what happens, after all..this is a country of indifference.

    My Capstone Awesomeness

My capstone project deals with the growing problem of Hypertension that plagues the United States. My goal is to raise awareness and create a sort of workout program to help people struggling with Hypertension and obesity. The program is called PUMP and will be accompanied by a small video series of bi-weekly 1-2 minute video guides to motivate those undergoing the program. This issue is important because Hypertension and Heart Disease is a huge problem that affects millions of people every year. It is said that 1 in 3 people have hypertension. Heart disease is not some disease that affects a small population of people that have awareness campaigns and charity walks/races, it is a huge problem that nearly affects everyone. Society has become numb to it and it is taking lives every hour of every day.
My project connects with my career because I am in school to become an invasive cardiologist. My entire life will be dedicated to the heart when I get into my field. PUMP will give back to the community by promoting good health. People that have Hypertension often give up and live a life of sadness and depression until the day that they die. Hopefully my program will motivate those that are extremely out of shape into trying out at least a small program like PUMP. It will increase the quality of life of those at Richland socially, economically, and environmentally by promoting a sense of self and pride in one another and in the world around us. A healthy person is a happy person that see's that value in every part of life and he or she will strive to make choices that will better their own life socially and economically as well as give back to the community.
